Shipping expenses

The amount of these costs is set by the transport companies with which we work. You can view them just before confirming your order at Gotta Perfumerías.

Shipping to Iberican Peninsula

             24h SEUR shipping (made before 11h on weekdays): 5€ of shipping costs.

             Shipping 48h-72h CORREOS (made on weekdays) and in which the purchases are less than 49€: 3€ of shipping costs.

             Free shipping for purchases over 49€ 48h-72h CORREOS (made on weekdays).

Shipping to Balears

             All purchases: 5,50€ of shipping costs. Deliveries 48h-72h working days with CORREOS.

Shipping to Canarias

             All purchases: 9,50€ of shipping costs. Deliveries in 3-5 working days with CORREOS.

International shipping

             Portugal: 6€ of shipping costs.

             France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Great Britain, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Austria: 15€ shipping costs.

             Rest of Europe: 30€ of shipping costs.

             We do not ship outside Europe.

             We do not ship to international islands.

These rates are intended for orders up to 3kg. To know the estimated weight of your order you can add the approximate weight of each product. If you have questions about the weight of your order, please contact customer service using the contact form on the website.

Tracking your order

The carrier chosen assigns each order a tracking number so that it can locate your order at all times once it is in its premises. You will receive the tracking number from Gotta Perfumerias in an email.

Delivery places

Delivery times depend on the delivery location and the time the order is placed and this may affect the order preparation arrangements.


All orders placed before 11h will be prepared that same day and will depart in the afternoon for the SEUR warehouse and will be delivered the next day.

We do not guarantee the delivery in 24h of orders placed after 11h as for stock issues can be prepared the next day.


All orders will be delivered within 48h-72h working days from the time they are admitted to the post office once we have prepared them in our warehouse.

It is important that this delivery time must be added to the time it takes for the carrier to pick up and deliver your order. They should also take into account local, regional and national holidays as these will increase delivery times 24h.

In case of problems with stoc and we cannot serve your order we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an estimated delivery time.

We work with specialized courier companies, in case of absence of the recipient, the courier will spend a second time to ensure delivery within the established deadline. If delivery is not possible, the carrier will contact you.

Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier chosen by you. Gotta Perfumerias does not control the package, if there is any problem with the shipment, you can contact directly the company responsible for the delivery.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct address data, in case there is an error in the address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment is required, the customer is responsible for the cost of this second shipment.

Changes & returns

Wrong Shippments

In case of receiving a product that does not correspond to the order, you can start the return process by contacting the contact form within 72 hours from the date of delivery of the order.

After checking the tracking of the order, the change will be processed with the transport company for the collection of the wrong product and replace it with the correct one. If the cause of the return is not an error of Perfumerias Gotta in the management of the order, it will be the customer who will take care of the shipping costs.

After receiving the product and after checking it, the corresponding amount of the order will be exchanged or refunded once it has arrived at our warehouse and is in good condition.

The time period is stipulated by the transport company (48h-72h). All products may be returned as long as they have not been used and are in their original packaging.

Product with factory defect or breakages

In case of receiving a defective or broken product you can contact the customer service through the contact form.

Perfumerías Gotta can ask you at any time for graphical tests to determine and check the damage. Where applicable, the transport company shall be notified to make the change or to replace the product. In such cases the returns have no cost to the customer.

Perfumerías Gotta accepts the return or exchange of the products purchased through the online store within fifteen (15) calendar days, from the date of purchase. No exchanges or returns that have been unsealed, except for factory defective products or tares.
