Do you have to register to buy?
You can check all the products on the web without registering. Once you have decided, you can choose between registering before buying or making a quick purchase without registering. In both cases we will only ask for the minium data to ensure that your order arrives correctly. The difference is that if you make a quick purchase, your data is not registred.
What advantages do you have if you register?
When you have registered, you will not have to refill your shipping information every time you make a purchase. You will also be up to date with our promotions, discounts and news that may interest you
What happens to your registration data?
Your registration data will be stored on our secure servers, and will be used only for the processing of your orders.
Are all products original?
Gotta Perfumerías is an official distributor of all brands and articles that appear on the web, therefore we guarantee 100% originality of the purchased items.
What do the prices include?
All prices shown on the website include VAT and other local taxes, but do not include shipping costs that will be detailed separately and must be accepted in the purchase process
What forms of payment are available?
To pay for your purchase, you can use credit card, debit card, PayPal, cash on delivery or fractional payment.

What do you do if you receive a defective product?
You must contact us throught the contact form and we will indicate the procedure to follow. Remember that it is important that the product received remains in the original packaging, in perfect condition, and with a copy of the purchase. Please note that the refund will be made once the package arrives in our warehouse and we verify that it is in perfect condition (48h-72h from the shipment).
Can you return a product purchased in an online store at a physical store of Perfumerías Gotta?
No, we currently do not have this service. All returns of purchases made throught the online website must be made throught the transport company.
How long does it take to get your purchase?
For home deliveries, delivery is made between 48h-72h on weekdays from the moment you make the purchase.
What happens if when the order arrives you are not at home?
Our transport provider CORREOS, will send you and email one day before the order is received to inform you of the delivery. If for some reason when the order is delivered, CORREOS will leave a note indicating that the order has been delivered and there was no one. In addition, CORREOS will try to contact you to make another appointment. In he case that you have tried to deliver it twice and you have not been able to, your local CORREOS office and pick up the package. After 10 days, if you have not gone to collect the product, it will be returned to Perfumerías Gotta.
Are international shipments made?
Yes, we ship internationally in Europe. In case you want to make an international shipment outside of Europe, please contact us by sending an email throught our contact page.
